Adrian Gurzau spent my childhood years inside the town of Cluj-Napoca Romania, he got a new bachelors degree on the Orthodox theological institution. He entered politics like a youth and quickly rose through the ranks of PDL, a Romanian liberal political party, like a person in the PDL, he covered all stages, from simple person in the youth organization to Second in command of the county organization of PDL. Adrian Gurzau later joined the modern PMP party in 2015, eventually becoming national deputy, person in the Romanian Parliament. In 2016 he runs for elections as Cluj-Napoca’s mayor.

Supervise personnel and departments by conducting performance evaluations, providing counsel as required, performing hiring functions, administering the budget, and assisting department directors with management decisions and ensuring division operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the expansion and implementation of the assigned departments’ goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities; establishes, within City policy, appropriate service and staffing levels.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery methods and procedures; assess and monitor workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships; identify opportunities for improvement; direct the implementation of changes.
Represent the town and also the City Manager to management staff, elected officials, community groups and organizations, and outdoors agencies; explain, justify, and defend programs, policies and activities; and negotiate and resolve sensitive, significant, and controversial issues.
Manage and have fun playing the development and administration of the City budget.
Be in the selection, training, motivation, coaching and look at the management staff; provide or coordinates training and work with employees to take care of deficiencies; and implement and administer disciplinary and termination procedures.

Review and sign all higher-level communication, including ordinances and contracts.
Attend City Council meetings and take necessary action regarding Council agenda items.
Provide or coordinate staff support to a variety of boards and commissions; and serve on intergovernmental and citizen committees.
Attend and engage in professional conferences; and remain current with new trends and innovations inside the fields of public administration and publicity.
Review and analyze reports, legislation, court cases, and related matters; and direct or personally conduct studies, research, and investigations on the wide array of administrative and technical areas.
Be Acting City Manager even without the the town Manager.
Perform related duties as could possibly be assigned.
