Maybe you have felt depressed, moody, flat, irritable and constantly lacking energy but have no idea why?? There’s a high probability that could become your diet! • DAIRY GOOD FATS: Fat-free Milk, Fat-free Natural Greek Yogurt, Nuts
• SWEET/TREAT FOODS: Chocolate bars, cookies, sweets, chips etc
Once you’ve picked two foods from every one of these categories, that’s most of the food you will need! You can switch them around every week for a few variety of course, if you can imagine another healthy foods that fall under those categories that you’d prefer then go for the too! If you’re wondering about the last category, no that’s not a mistake because amazingly you CAN have a SMALL amount of sweets or treat food on a daily basis, just provided that the portion size is really small!
So now you must a robust knowledge of how your diet will surely have a vast result on your mood and play a role in depression! Naturally there are plenty of other lifestyle factors that could be contributors, but adopting a healthy diet plan is among the easiest places to get started on making improvements right away!
