A miracle also vindicates the justice of God. But the primary purpose of a miracle is to bring about transformation and salvation.

A Course in Miracles is a complete self-study spiritual thought system, and is composed of three volumes. These books were received through inner dictation at Columbia University and were first published in 1976 by the Foundation for Inner Peace. It is ecumenical in nature, which means it incorporates the beliefs and practices of thousands of religions.

Nevertheless, this teaching is not to be confused with the teaching on miracles, which is that they fall under the realm of the senses. It is an error to call something a miracle if it involves a cause that cannot be seen. Moreover, a miracle is a manifestation of a divine purpose that is beyond the ordinary course of things.
